Osho Tapoban is an international meditation commune and retreat centre set in the Nagarjun forest above Kathmandu, Nepal. Founded by Swami Anand Arun, Tapoban has practised Osho's active meditation techniques for over three decades and hosts residential retreats, online satsangs, and daily meditation programs.

Swami Anand Arun is the founder of Osho Tapoban and one of Osho's closest disciples. He leads meditation retreats worldwide, championed the United Nations declaration of World Meditation Day, and has authored numerous books on meditation and Osho's teachings.
