The modern pace of life – active, ambitious leads us to the way that we are constantly in our heads, thinking, analyzing, judging, making plans … We are so used to following the arguments of the mind that we have completely forgotten that somewhere inside of us is space for peace and quiet.

By identifying with our mind and its attributes of judgement, resisitance and attachment and ideas about what is good and bad, we suppress our feelings, emotions, words and desires … All this leads to problems in the body, fatigue, exhaustion and stress.

Format of the therapy

It is a seven-day course, which includes one hour of gibberish and one hour of silent sitting. The duration of seven days has been specially designated so that a deeper cleansing can happen on all the seven chakras in our body.

No-Mind is a powerful meditative therapy. It is a week-long, two hours per day process.

The first hour is dedicated to expressing verbally through speaking gibberish (don’t say things which are meaningful, don’t use the language that you know – talking meaningless without bothering about its rationality, for eg, if you don’t know Chinese you speak Chinese). This allows us to throw out the chaos in the mind which is constantly creating congestion resulting in distress, fatigue, and depression.

The second stage is of one hour of silent sitting.
If the first stage is done in a total way, it empties the mind of all content which creates a deep space of healing silence during the second hour of meditation.

The mind is the most restless and disturbed faculty of the contemporary human, and every person today is trying to deal with it. This technique is a perfect method to move from chaos to harmony.

Who can do it?

Anyone can do this therapy. People with serious psychological conditions who are under medication should do it under the direct guidance of the facilitator. Zoom format may not be fit in this situation.
